• Standard – CAD 249 – Approx. 35 cm diameter, 45 cm height; a generous round bouquet ideal for birthdays, thank-you gifts and everyday celebrations.
• Luxury – CAD 399 – Approx. 45 cm diameter, 45 cm height; a fuller, more dramatic round design for anniversaries, milestones and statement moments.

All bouquets are designer’s choice within the selected colour palette. Exact flowers may vary with the season and availability, while the overall look, size and value will remain consistent with the photos and description.

Freshness & Quality

• Flowers are conditioned and arranged on the same day of your order or delivery.
• We use florist-grade blooms and professional handling techniques for hydration and support.
• Each bouquet is checked by hand before leaving our studio.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery window: typically between 5:00–10:00pm.
• Exact delivery times within the window cannot be guaranteed.
• If the recipient is not home, the driver will follow our standard safe-drop practice whenever possible (building rules and weather permitting).
• Studio pickup is available in downtown Toronto – select pickup at checkout and leave your preferred time in the note.

If you need the bouquet for a specific event time, we recommend choosing delivery the day before, or arranging an earlier studio pickup.

Packaging & Presentation

• All bouquets are wrapped in premium paper with ribbon and a simple message card.
• Extra care and protection are added during extreme weather when needed.
• Vase is not included unless specifically added as an option on the product page.

Care Instructions

• Unwrap the bouquet and place the stems in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water.
• Trim stems at an angle (about 1–2 cm) every 1–2 days.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heating vents and cold drafts.
• Change the water regularly to keep the flowers fresh for as long as possible.
