Freshness & Quality

• Flowers are conditioned and arranged on the same day of your order or delivery.
• We use florist-grade blooms and professional handling techniques for hydration and support.
• Each box is checked by hand before leaving our studio.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery window: typically between 5:00–10:00pm.
• Exact delivery times within the window cannot be guaranteed.
• If the recipient is not home, the driver will follow our standard safe-drop practice whenever possible (building rules and weather permitting).
• Studio pickup is available in downtown Toronto – select pickup at checkout and leave your preferred time in the note.

If you need the arrangement for a specific event time, we recommend choosing delivery the day before, or arranging an earlier studio pickup.

Packaging & Presentation

• Flowers are arranged directly in the box with an internal water source or hydration support.
• Each box comes with a simple message card, ready to be gifted.
• Extra protection is added during extreme weather as needed.

Care Instructions

• Keep the flower box on a flat surface away from direct sunlight, heating vents and cold drafts.
• Check the internal water source daily; top up with clean water if needed.
• Remove any fading blooms or leaves to keep the arrangement fresh-looking for longer.
