Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery window: typically between 5:00–10:00pm.
• Exact delivery times within the window cannot be guaranteed.
• If the recipient is not home, the driver will follow our standard safe-drop practice whenever possible (building rules and weather permitting).
• Studio pickup is available in downtown Toronto – select pickup at checkout and leave your preferred time in the note.

If you need the bouquet for a specific event time, we recommend choosing delivery the day before, or arranging an earlier studio pickup.

Packaging & Presentation

• Wrapped in premium paper with ribbon and a simple message card, ready to be gifted.
• Extra protection is added during extreme weather when needed.
• Vase is not included unless specifically added as an option on the product page.

Care Instructions

• Unwrap the bouquet and place the stems in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water.
• Trim stems at an angle (about 1–2 cm) every 1–2 days.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heating vents and cold drafts.
• Change the water regularly to keep the roses fresh for as long as possible.
